How to make Facebook profile private?

To use this tool:
1. Click at the top right of any #Facebook page and choose Settings.
2. Select Privacy from the left menu.
3. Under the Your Activity section, click Limit the audience for posts I've shared with friends of friends or Public?
4. Click Limit Past Posts.
To set your Facebook profile to private select
the home arrow at the top right of the screen. If
you want friends to see your
profile select Friends.
Now your profile is private to everyone except
your current friends. If you want things visible
ONLY to you, select custom.
Click the edit button on the far right. Now select
who you want to see your future
Facebook posts
from the drop-down. Public will be the opposite of
private(naturally), so set it to "friends" if you only
want Facebook friends to see them.
