NIKON Scholarship Program 2020 - Apply Now

Nikon India Private Limited has started an initiative to financially support the students from the underprivileged sections of the society who are interested in pursuing courses related to photography.  The initiative is known as Nikkon Scholarship Progam 2020 which is designed for the students who have passed class 12th. The photography course they are interested in must be of 3 or more months duration.

Deadline for Applying for the Scholarship

The application process for Nikon Scholarship program is active. The last date for application submission is 30th June 2020.

Benefits under the Nikkon Scholarship 2020

Candidates will get a scholarship of up to INR 1 lakh rupees under the Nikon Scholarship Program.

Who Can Apply?

Here are the eligibility requirements that candidates must fulfil to apply for the scholarship:

● Candidates must have passed class 12th examination.
● Pursuing a photography course. The duration of the photography course must be 3 or more months.
● The annual family income should be less than INR 6 lakhs.

Ineligible - Children of Nikon India Private Limited/ Buddy4Study employees are not eligible for this scholarship.

How to apply for Nikon Scholarship 2020?

Candidates must follow the steps provided here to fill the application forms for the Nikon Scholarship program:

● Visit the link.
● Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
● A pop-up window will appear on the screen asking you to log- in with either of your account viz. Google, Facebook, Email ID, or Mobile Number. This is for the candidates who are already registered on the Buddy4Study portal. Just log-in using your details and fill the application form.
● If you are not registered, click on the ‘Register’ link on the pop-up window.
● Retrieve the information from your Google/ Facebook profile or provide details such as first name, last name, nationality, mobile number, email ID, password, gender, state, present class, etc.
● Click on the ‘Register’ button.
● You will receive the log-in detail in your registered email ID.
● Log-in using your details and complete the application form.
● Provide details such as personal information, education, family earnings, interest, etc.
● Upload the required documents and complete the application process.

Documents Require to be Uploaded

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:

● Photo Identity Proof
● Address Proof
● Class 12th mark sheet (self-attested)
● Admission proof (college ID card or fee payment receipt)
● Fee receipt of the current academic year
● Bank account details of the candidate (passbook copy/ cancelled cheque)

Selection Process

The Nikon scholarship program comprises of different levels of selection. The basis of scrutinizing the applications will be - Family Income and Academic Background.

The various stages for the selection process are:

● Scholarship applications will be screened based on financial status and academic background.
● Further, a telephonic interview round will be conducted for shortlisting the candidates.
● Final selection will be done based on the face-to-face interview.

The entire process of scrutiny and scholar selection will take around 3 to 4 months. Candidates are advised to apply well before the last date of application.
