Being a WWE Referee or a Pro Wrestling referee is tough task as the matches are Choreographed and Refree are equally involved in it.
Referee isn't just one who rings the bell, pins, countdowns and make sure everything goes with rules. He is actually the one who plays the biggest part in any pro wrestling match. He makes the communication between two different supersatars competing in a match possible. He is the one who is even connected to gorilla to regulate the match as per the plan. First step, Contact your near pro - wrestling
school
Pro Wrestling school not only crafts excellent talented
wrestler but also it also creates opportunity of being
refrees. The first step for every education is school
and being a pro wrestling refree is no different. You
will require to take trainning from you nearest or
preferred pro wrestling school. Refrees hired in WWE
had their tenure in Indy promotions before getting
into WWE and Indy Promotion hire on the basis of
what you have learnt from school and your
experiences, some promotion have their own school
so starting their will be much better.
You can learn by yourself!
You can learn yourself by watching. Internet, you can
learn everything from internet now a days. One
thing, Things you learn on Internet will give you
knowledge but some pro wrestling promotions don't
hire you unless you have taken trainning from a
school. Understand the role of a refree, what he does
and how he does. Train yourself in your backyards. It
helps. Backyard is a place where no one watches you
so you'll be free to do any stupid mistakes, no one is
there to laugh at you. Later, if you get scared refree-
ing in a match live think of it as your backyard, will

Now, you can get recruited to Indy level. Some
schools have their own promotions so once done
tranning you can get yourself in their own promotion.
This is more often the job of experience, the more
you build the better. Years of experience to the
smallest level will make you able to get recurited for
smaller level and than the higher to the highest level,
WWE! You can start your preparation right now if you
are young because is job of experience. Promotions
like WWE for bigger matches prefer more experience.
If you can't afford schools or else due to some other
reasons you can't yourself one you can try,
Uploading Resumes/Try outs
Their are lot of promotions even WWE conduct few
try outs i.e direct recruitment by live performance.
You can upload resumes or mail them. They do look
to resumes. Chances are slimmer however there ‘is’ a
chance.
